At HELYX™ Sourdough Restautant inside TRY WINE Chef /Owner, Oliver is focused on Creating an Amazing, Chef Driven Culinary Food + Wine Pairing Experience. All of our Bread Products, Sauces, Dressings, and Dishes are House-Made from Scratch with only the Highest Quality Ingredients. We use only EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, and Source FARM to TABLE whenever possible. Much of the Menu is Vegetarian Friendly.
